All things listed below are usually too small to be used by syrian hamsters. Although, some small
or young syrians may enjoy them, too. The "rules of thumb" for dwarf hamster toys are the same as
for syrian hamsters, with one exception:
Syrian hamsters are more climbers and dwarf hamsters are more runners and diggers. That does not mean,
that dwarf don´t climb or syrians don´t dig, this is meant in general. So, a big and high ladder
will lead each syrian hamster to climb on it, while a dwarf would never or only after a long time try to
explore it.
But hamsters do have their own personality. If your hamster loves to climb, buy him a ladder and if he
likes to dig, provide a huge amount of bedding in his cage - regardless of the species!
The primary target is a happy hamster.

These toys are suitable for dwarfs only, the holes and spaces are too small for adult syrian
hamsters. You can place them inside the cage or in playpens.
